I think there are a lot more writers who are actors than you know they just don’t have roles on famous TV shows that you recognize.

I mean he’s a very famous director… they’re not going to put their… and he’s very tough, he doesn’t like interference at all, so he kept them at bay.

I’m in that comfortable niche where I’m not that famous and sometimes people do need to put a barrier between them and their followers. When you’re real famous you need to do that but I’m not that famous so I don’t need that kind of barrier.

On the other hand, when I give it closer thought, I realize I’m not enough of a dictator to conduct an orchestra because it requires a pretty awful person. When you read these biographies of famous conductors, they are all awful people who fail in their private relationships.

We were delighted to have Nigel as a producer. The only problem is that Nigel is so famous that he seems to dominate most interviews without being there.
